Recipe of octopus with vegetables cooked in a frying pan


Ingredients for two people:

1 tray of half cooked octopus from el Rey del Pulpo
1 onion
½ red pepper
½ green pepper
1 garlic clove
1 large ripe tomato
Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and sugar


  • The first thing to prepare this delicious octopus recipe is to peel and cut the onion and the garlic.
  • Then, poach in a pan with a generous amount of extra virgin olive oil over low heat.
  • Next, clean the peppers. Remove the seeds and wash well; cut and add them to the frying pan. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  • Take the ripe tomato, peel it and chop it very small. Add to the mixture with a little salt and a pinch of sugar. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
  • Finally, add the octopus from El Rey del Pulpo cut into large pieces and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • Now we have everything ready, serve. 
  • You can serve it with baked potatoes.
