2 precooked octopus tentacles el Rey del Pulpo
3 medium radishes150 g of basmati rice per person

1 mango
1 small cucumber
2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds

4 tablespoons of sesame oil
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
To prepare basmati rice:
Meanwhile, cook edamame according to the instructions on the package. Once cooked, it will be necessary to shell the beans.
Next, cut the precooked octopus tentacles, cucumber and radishes into slices. Slice the mango into thin strips, and prepare the dressing.
For the sauce, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil and rice vinegar together.
