Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of fresh or dried oregano
Minced red chili pepper
Salt and black pepper
1 lemon (to serve and decorate)

  • Start by taking the package of el Rey del Pulpo precooked octopus out of the refrigerator. This recipe for Greek octopus can be prepared using whole tentacles or slicing them into smaller pieces.

  • In a bowl or dish, mix the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, minced oregano and red chili pepper all together, and then add the octopus. Soak the tentacles on all sides well and leave the octopus to marinate for at least 1 hour.
