14oz (400g) el Rey del Pulpo precooked octopus
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tbs vinegar
1 tbs fresh or dried oregano
Minced red chili pepper
Parsley
Salt and black pepper
1 lemon (to serve and use as garnish)

INGREDIENTS
3 medium tomatoes
2 cucumbers
¼ Red onion
1 handful black olives
4oz (115g) feta cheese
2 pinches oregano
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tbs honey
Salt to taste
DIRECTIONS
Dice the first five ingredients and place them in a bowl. Make a vinaigrette by vigorously beating the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, and oregano together with a fork. Drizzle over the salad and carefully combine.
